What to Bring:
Water bottle (water and cups are also available at the venue for you to use)
Face towel (to wipe off excess cream) and body towel (for sitting on on yoga mats which are provided)
Loose-fitting camisole (easy access to neckline, chest wall and armpits)
As you might be getting some cream onto your clothing it is advised to wear clothing that you don’t mind getting some massage cream on!
