A gentle, restorative upper body self-massage ritual designed to release tension, support circulation, and help you feel lighter and more at ease in your body.

Soothe & Sculpt is a guided Lilynage® deep lymphatic self-massage experience focused on the neck, shoulders, chest, and upper body — areas where many of us carry tension from long hours at the desk, stress, and daily life.

Through simple, intentional touch, you’ll learn how to support your body’s natural circulation and detox pathways while creating a sense of calm and renewed energy.

This practice is designed to be simple, effective, and something you can return to anytime your body needs a reset.

In This Workshop, You’ll Learn How To:

• Release tension from the neck, shoulders, and upper back
• Support lymphatic flow around the collarbone and chest
• Reduce puffiness and stagnant fluid in the upper body
• Encourage circulation for a more sculpted neckline and collarbone
• Use gentle self-massage to calm the nervous system and reconnect with your body

Many participants find that even a few minutes of intentional self-massage can help them feel lighter, clearer, and more relaxed in their body.

In-Person — Intro Workshop on 9 April Thursday (SIGN UP HERE)
A small, intimate group experience with hands-on guidance and the opportunity to practise together in a supportive environment.

Online — Live Guided Session (with Replay Access)
Join from the comfort of your home and follow along step-by-step during the live workshop. A replay (for 2 months) will also be provided so you can revisit the practice anytime.

Both options include clear guidance, time for questions, and a practice you can continue using long after the workshop.

$20 credit toward any Radiant Body Reset Program in 2026

These deeper programs explore lymphatic self-massage and body care practices more fully across different areas of the body.

Optional: Self-Massage Cream for Home Practice

For those who would like to enhance their home practice, you may also choose to use RU:KRM Self-Massage Cream, developed by Lily, founder of the Lilynage® method.

The cream helps provide the smooth glide needed for effective lymphatic self-massage and has botanical ingredients that help with reducing puffiness and dullness of skin, supporting a more comfortable, nourishing ritual.

Use of the cream is completely optional but highly recommended in order to best experience the benefits of this method of deep lymphatic self-massage — you may also follow the workshop using any body oil or massage cream you have at home.

What You'll Need for the Online Workshop

• Massage cream or body oil
• A glass of water for hydration after the massage
• Comfortable clothing - wear a loose camisole with easy access to chest wall, collarbone, armpits. Ideally clothing you wouldn’t mind getting a bit of massage cream on.
• A quiet space where you can relax and follow along
