WHAT YOU’LL LEARN AND PRACTICE

Gentle deep lymphatic self-massage techniques for the abdominal area

2. GUIDED HANDS-ON PRACTICE

  • Breathwork, gentle movement, and targeted stomach massage techniques

  • Focused on common concerns:

    ➤ Emotional tension stored in the gut

  • You'll learn:
    A beautiful self-massage daily ritual to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more at ease in your body

3. MIND-BODY CONNECTION

  • Learn to listen to your belly with curiosity — not criticism

  • Release emotional weight and stored tension in the abdominal core

  • Practice softening, cherishing, and creating spaciousness from the inside out

WHAT TO BRING:

  • A small towel

  • A water bottle (staying hydrated helps your lymphatic system work better!)

  • Comfortable clothes that allow you to expose your stomach — like activewear or a loose top you can lift

  • Wear loose pants/shorts that make it easy to massage the area around the groin (as there are important lymph nodes there)

  • Optional: something to wrap around your waist after the massage for warmth and comfort

Please try to avoid eating at least 30 minutes before the session.

This workshop is not suitable for:

  • Pregnant women

  • Individuals with active cancer

  • Those prone to blood clots 

  • Anyone who has had abdominal surgery in the past 6 weeks

LilynageⓇ is a Self-Care method to optimize the health and well-being of healthy individuals. If you are currently undergoing active treatment for any medical illness, please seek advice and permission from your physician prior to practising LilynageⓇ. You may also check with Dr Lynnette Tan (founder of kokoro salon) as she is a Primary Care Physician and will be able to advise you on the suitability of LilynageⓇ for your health.
