Full-Body Detox Self-Massage: A Gentle Reset for the New Year

The practice focuses on moving lymphatic flow throughout the body and is suitable for days when you’re feeling sluggish, puffy, or in need of a reset — without pushing or over-stimulating the body.

This session was originally recorded as a year-end live practice, with the intention of helping the body clear what it no longer needs and create space for what’s next. The self-massage remains relevant at any time you want to recalibrate and reconnect with your body.

At the end of the session, there is a short reflection on the power of being able to reset — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and how this ability supports energy, clarity, and a more easeful way of moving forward.

You can use this practice:

  • when your body feels heavy or tired

  • as a gentle reset at the start of a new season or phase

  • whenever you want to reconnect with your body through touch and awareness

Move at your own pace, and take breaks whenever needed.
