This is a body scan and gratitude meditation, designed to be practised after your self-massage, or anytime you want to gently check in with your body.
The intention of this practice is not to analyse or fix anything, but simply to notice, acknowledge, and appreciate your body — how it feels, how it responds, and how it supports you.
It’s a quiet moment to reconnect with your body after touch, and to offer gratitude for what it does for you each day.
You can use this practice:
after a self-massage session
as a grounding pause before rest or sleep
whenever you want to reconnect with your body in a gentle, caring way
Move at your own pace, and feel free to stop or adjust the practice in any way that feels right for you.
Giving thanks to our body softens it in a way that promotes beautifully your lymphatic flow, well-being and beauty. :)
