Soothe & Sculpt is a gentle, guided introductory workshop in the Japanese Lilynage® Method of Deep Lymphatic Self-Massage — teaching you to work with your body's natural rhythms, with your own two hands. From the comfort of your own home.
In this 90-minute online session, we focus on the abdomen — one of the most emotionally held, lymphatically rich, and often overlooked areas of the body. Through simple, intentional touch, you'll learn how to support your body's natural detox pathways, ease digestive discomfort, and begin the gentle process of sculpting and softening from within.
A replay will be provided for 2 months, so you can revisit the practice whenever your body needs it.

Use deep lymphatic self-massage techniques to reduce bloating and abdominal puffiness
