Soothe & Sculpt is a gentle, hands-on introductory workshop in the Japanese Lilynage® Method of Deep Lymphatic Self-Massage — teaching you to work with your body's natural rhythms, with your own two hands.
In this 90-minute in-person session, we focus on the abdomen — one of the most emotionally held, lymphatically rich, and often overlooked areas of the body. Through simple, intentional touch, you'll learn how to support your body's natural detox pathways, ease digestive discomfort, and begin the gentle process of sculpting and softening from within.
This practice is designed to be simple, sustainable, and something you can return to every day — for your wellbeing, in every season of life.
In This Workshop, You'll Learn How To:
Understand the fundamentals of lymphatic flow — specifically for your abdomen
Use deep lymphatic self-massage techniques to reduce bloating and abdominal puffiness
Support healthy digestion and circulation through intentional touch
Release stress and tension held in your core and belly
Calm your nervous system and reconnect with your body with compassion
Build a gentle daily ritual you can sustain long after the workshop
What You'll Experience
A small, intimate group setting with hands-on guidance throughout. You'll practise the techniques together in a calm, supportive environment — with time for questions and personalised cues as you go.
We will be using the ru:krm Classic Self-Massage Cream during the session — a cream developed by Lily, founder of the Lilynage® Method, and formulated specifically for deep lymphatic self-massage. Infused with essential oils of Bergamot and Geranium, and active botanical complexes that target puffiness and support circulation, it provides the perfect glide for this practice.
The cream will be available for purchase on the day should you wish to continue your practice at home.
