Q: Will this help with bloating, puffiness, or stress?

Yes! Lymphatic self-massage supports circulation, detox, and stress relief, making it incredibly effective for reducing bloating, water retention, and tension in the body. Many students report feeling lighter, more energized, and emotionally grounded after just a few sessions.

Q: Do I need any special tools or products?

No special tools are required—just your hands and massage cream or oil. We recommend using this RU:KRM Classic Self-Massage Cream that was specifically developed for the Lilynage Method of Deep Lymphatic Self-Massage.

A yoga mat is also advised as the abdominal self-massage will be carried out on a yoga mat with you lying down.

Q:What if I can’t attend the live sessions?

No worries! All live coaching and guided massage sessions will be recorded, so you can watch at a time that works for you.

Q: Is this a weight loss program?

This course isn’t about quick-fix weight loss—it’s about helping you reconnect with your body, improve circulation, and release what no longer serves you (physically and emotionally).

Many participants naturally slim down through this process, but more importantly, they feel lighter, stronger, and more at home in their own skin.

Q: I won’t be able to attend the in-person workshop in Singapore. Will I still see results?
Yes — absolutely.
This self-massage method was originally developed and practiced in Japan as a self-led technique, designed to be done independently at home. It’s a method created for real life, and it's highly effective even without in-person instruction.

Throughout the course, you’ll receive step-by-step video guidance, personalized feedback, and support so you can confidently practice on your own. Most participants see significant improvements through consistent self-practice alone.

The in-person workshop is simply an optional add-on for those in Singapore who want to experience the method with hands-on guidance and try the RU:KRM massage cream, which enhances the experience with its nourishing, supportive properties.

But rest assured — the core transformation can happen entirely online.
